शैक्षणिक पात्रता

Chief Executive Officer – Graduate with CAIIB, DBF,DCBM / or C.A./ICWA or Post Graduate in any discipline with minimum 15 years of banking experience, out of which minimum 8 years experience at the middle/senior level management.
General Manager – Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB/ICWA. Minimum Experience of 10 years as Dy. General Manager /Assistant General Manager in a Cooperative or Nationalised Bank. Experience of working in maximum/all departments of the Bank is necessary.
Chief Law Officer – Graduate/Post Graduate in Law (LLB/LLM). He should have particle experience of court attendance and should have presented and argued the cases for about 15 years. He should be efficient and proficient in drafting, should be conversant with the procedure and rules of various courts including cooperative court, DRT, District and High Court, Consumer Forum, Arbitration etc.

Deputy General Manager – Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum Experience of 7 years as an Assistant General Manager in a Co-operative or Nationalised Bank. Experience of working in maximum/all departments of the Bank is necessary.
Assistant General Managers – Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum Experience of 7 years at higher level position in Head Office of Co-operative or Nationalised Bank. Experience of working in maximum/all departments of the Bank is necessary.
Branch Managers – Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum Experience of 7 years as a Branch Manager / Senior Officer in a Co-operative or Nationalised Bank
Legal Officer – Graduate/Post Graduate in Law (LLB/LLM). At least 10 years experience as a practicing Advocate/ worked as an Executive in any Bank /any financial institution handling Legal portfolio related to recovery matters.
Computer Officer – Graduate/Post Graduate in Computers BE/BCA/MCA/BCS/MCS. Minimum Experience of 5 years in any Bank /any financial institution. Knowledge of handling Software/ Hardware portfolio.
